Vitamin C:
Rosehip and Ascorbate are various forms of vitamin C considered stable and effective antioxidants for skin. Vitamin C may help brighten the skin tone by inhibiting melanin production.
 
Calcium (Calcium Ascorbate Complex):
The salts of ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). Often referred to as Ester C. A salt of ascorbic acid, an essential nutrient that plays a pivotal role in the body's collagen production, tissue repair, synthesis of neurotransmitters and resistance to infection. 
 
Calcium Threonate:
Laboratory studies have shown the possible mechanism by which C metabolites, especially threonate, might cause increased blood levels of vitamin C. Dr. Anthony Verlangieri at the University of Mississippi used isolated cells in culture to model how vitamin C is utilized by various body tissues. They observed that exposing cells to calcium threonate increased the uptake of ascorbic acid by these cells (Fay & Verlangieri, 1991; Fay, 1992; Fay, Bush & Verlangieri, 1994). 
 
Quercetin (bioflavonoid):
Quercetin occurs naturally in red wine, tea, onions, kale, tomatoes, berries, as well as other fruits and vegetables. Among its chief benefits, quercetin functions as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory agent, and skin-healing ingredient, likely owing to the stimulating effect it has on the immune system, of which skin is our body's first line of defense.
 
Hesperedin:
Hesperdin is a flavonoid compound known to stimulate blood circulation and is used medically as a blood pressure medication. Its ability to improve blood circulation allows it to stimulate the surface circulation of the skin and therefore help to improve dark circles under the eyes, dull complexion and tired skin. In patent research by Proctor and Gamble, it was found that Glucosyl Hesperidin can be used for anti-aging and skin lightening products. The flavonoid compounds in Glucosyl Hesperidin are known to provide antioxidant, UV absorbing, and radical scavenging benefits, and are also known to be effective in strengthening collagen structure. Its high solubility is also favorable for use in skin care products.
 
Citrus Biovlavonoids:
Bioflavonoids have the ability to neutralize reactive oxygen species by donating one of their electrons, thus stabilizing the molecule and breaking the oxidative chain. This can result in visible signs of healthy, more vibrant skin. They can also defend your skin against the damaging effects of stress, pollution, and even age itself.
Research has demonstrated that there's another factor that plays a significant role in how old you look: the evenness of your skin tone. The ability to lessen the appearance of age spots and the capacity to provide a lightening effect for sallow, age-damaged skin is central to achieving this goal. One of the best ways to do that is with the bioflavonoid hesperidin.
 
Hesperidin has a similar structure to hydroquinone, a compound that has long been considered the professional gold standard for the treatment of age spots and other hyperpigmentation disorders. Like hydroquinone, hesperidin works by limiting the capacity of the skin cells to produce tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for producing the skin pigment melanin. However, unlike hydroquinone, hesperidin does not come with a list of side effects. In fact, research has demonstrated that hesperidin safely produces a reduction in tyrosinase activity. By interfering with tyrosinase activity, hesperidin is ultimately able to inhibit the development of age spots.
